An energy engineering engineer by training, Anne Simon Barquero worked for twenty years in construction and industry before creating the company l'Effet de Faire in 2021 in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne).
Accompanied by three colleagues, she currently monitors 25 companies with 100 to 250 employees in Occitanie and New Aquitaine.
Objective: to help them take their first steps to integrate climate issues into their activities, then to integrate them into their practices over the long term.
“Due to my background, we mainly work with industrial SMEs, but we also have smaller companies which will have leverage by disseminating messages, such as financial management companies.
Because what we are looking for is impact, explains the manager.
Our clients also include collectives, such as the Union of Metallurgical Industries and Trades, and some communities.
