To support SMEs in their decarbonization process, Anne Simon Barquero, an engineer with twenty years of experience in this field,


She is part of a network of committed women entrepreneurs, Les Premières, and supports SMEs towards decarbonization.

An energy engineering engineer by training, Anne Simon Barquero worked for twenty years in construction and industry before creating the company l'Effet de Faire in 2021 in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne).

Accompanied by three colleagues, she currently monitors 25 companies with 100 to 250 employees in Occitanie and New Aquitaine.

Objective: to help them take their first steps to integrate climate issues into their activities, then to integrate them into their practices over the long term.
