The future two-seater Smart #2 will be 2.7 meters long. In Italy it will expand the #1 offering with the new entry level Pure and Pure+.
The two versions are eligible for incentives and will be available to order from the summer, with first deliveries from the beginning of September. Smart is looking for a partner to create the heir to the ForTwo, and in the meantime is preparing to expand its global range with a third model called #5. "The new model #5 will be unveiled in Beijing at the end of the month", says Lucio Tropea, CEO of the brand for Italy.
