A conference dealing with the new face of human resources was held this week at Beit Israchert. The conference was held in memory of Captain Bamil, son of Judy Afrimi, who fell during the Iron Swords War.
VPs and human resources managers in the various companies are dealing with employees who are experiencing trauma and bereavement on a scale never before seen in Israel until October 7, 2023. In order to make adjustments and provide the necessary tools to deal with the unique human challenges of an entire traumatized nation, on Tuesday (26.3) dozens of VPs of Human Resources, managers and senior managers gathered.
