These six new bars, as elegant as they are exhilarating, make you want to go out at night. The Golden Shell at the Hôtel Voltaire has black lacquered walls and ceiling, lit by four gold shells.
From 8 p.m., the place transforms into a piano bar with, on the menu, its favorite cocktails, such as the 102. The Mikado has been revisited by the Festen duo, in the basement of the Rochechouart hotel. The Temptations, with a Paris-Brest taste, with coffee, rum, peanut butter, is served at L'Lanouvellegarde in the Brasserie Des Prés. The Delirium is a surprising mixture of gin, basil, juice lime and… gold leaves at the Chateau Voltaire, where you can sip a Voltaire with gin, lemon, bergamot liqueur or a purple Madame Claude, to the sound of a jazzy playlist.
