A 43-year-old man was found stabbed to death in a stairwell of a building on Thursday in Grigny (Essonne) and a murder investigation was opened. The victim, aged 43, “presented multiple injuries appearing to result from stab wounds,” said the prosecution, confirming information from Le Parisien.
The man's body was discovered on Thursday around 6:30 p.m. and an autopsy is planned for Friday, the public prosecutor added.
