New owner wants to build a single-family home directly on Lake Tegernsee. Because there was an approved preliminary decision, the Wiessee building committee approved the application.
According to the application, a residential building measuring 16.50 by 12.63 meters is to be built, with a ground floor and attic as well as a double garage attached to the side. There are already inquiries from the neighborhood about access, and the issue ideally needs to be settled with the other residents. The building committee ultimately approvedThe application by a vote of 8-0. However, under the proviso that the secured development still has to be formally proven by the applicant. In addition, the resolution expressly stated that “there is no further building right” on the property in Altwiesseer Weg, Bad Wies see. The public dedicated street area already ends at the eastern junction with a neighboring property. So far, only an unpaved path leads to the area to be developed.
