The speed camera marathon has been running for several years. This year, many federal states are again taking part in the campaign.
Berlin, Bremen, Lower Saxony, Saarland and Saxony are not participating. The main day is Friday, April 19th, with particularly intensive controls. But there are also actions against speed offenders in other countries, such as Spain, France, Italy, Hungary and Hungary.. Although the date is known in advance, numerous drivers are speeded. Last year alone, the police in Hesse checked around 205,000 vehicles. Of these, around four percent were traveling too fast. Compared to other cities, Kassel drivers in Kassel rarely go as fast as other drivers in other cities. Drivers have to be careful in Spain,France, Italy and Hungary, among others. The campaign will take place from April 15th to April 21st, 2024. It will also take place in 2024 in Paris, Berlin, Munich, Dusseldorf and Hamburg.
