Hajaj Group to build a new hotel in the marina in Herzliya. Hotel will include 365 rooms and suites alongside a conference center, a restaurant open to the public, a spa and pools.
Two towers with a height of 7 floors and 11 floors above 2.5 commercial floors will be built. The plan combines the strengthening of beach tourism near water sports centers, and the revitalization of the public space in theMarina area by creating promenades and an urban square in a stepped building in the style of an amphitheater. The committee aims to encourage walkability around the hotel for the benefit of hotel guests and passers-by in themarina area. The chairman of the Tel Aviv district committee, Eran Nitzan: "The plan for the hotel also works to improve a promenade, a public square and a frontage of restaurants along it the publicSpace" The plan was prepared by the office of Rani Zis Architects. The hotel will not be able to rent vacation apartments.
