Daniel Jackson is the president of the Free Republic of Wardis - a republic that he himself founded and thus became the youngest president in the world. The teenager found a tiny strip of land between Serbia and Croatia that is not owned by either country.
He intends to take this case to the international court to prove that the territory does not belong to the Croats and that they have in fact violated international law. Vardis covers an area of only half a square kilometer and has several hundred residents and thousands more who are interested in joining.
