The agents saw a “black motocross bike, roaring engine” and “unapproved,” Constant Espargilière, chief of staff of the mayor of Schiltigheim, told AFP.

An investigation was opened by the Toulouse public prosecutor's office for charges of "motorized rodeo", "refusal to comply", "intentional violence against a person in authority" and "hit and run". She was handed over to the Strasbourg police station.
