This Saturday, Paris FC travels to Bordeaux for the 30th day of Ligue 2. After going seven games without a win (six draws, one defeat), Paris managed to bounce back with two straight wins against Caen. (0-1) and Ajaccio (2-0). Seventh in the standings, the capital club is one point behind Rodez which occupies fifth place, qualifying for the playoffs which will give access to the play-offs against the 15th in Ligue 1.
The race to the top is fought out in a pinch: only three small points separate the Ruthenian club (43 pts) from Pau (40 pts), eleventh.
On the Girondins side, we are struggling to continue and really launch our final sprint. Beaten in Annecy (18th) before the break, the resident of Matmut Atlantique must react if he does not want to sink into the soft underbelly of the ranking, or even worse. The club is only four points from the relegation zone, and a descent into the National could prove devastating for the club which appeared in the Elite less than 2 years ago.
