2 / 9Since his interlude at Tottenham (November 2021 to March 2023), Antonio Conte has been without a job. The southern Italian had previously coached Inter Milan, Chelsea FC and – quite successfully – Juventus Turin. With “Juve” he won the Scudetto three times between 2012 and 2014, and Conte also became Italian champion with Internazionale (2021). 3 / 9A return of Julian Nagelsmann to FC Bayern would be “something very special,” according to Lothar Matthäus. There are actually arguments for this scenario: Oliver Kahn and Hasan Salihamidzic, the people who were responsible for Nagelsmann's expulsion, are no longer in office. It's no secret that Herbert Hainer, for example, was taken by surprise back then. Uli Hoeneß also explicitly spoke afterwards of a “mistake”. If Nagelsmann were to be brought back, FC Bayern would have to openly admit a mistake. According to Sportbild, the three-time world footballer's involvement in Munich is out of the question because he wants to coach a club whose language he speaks. For the Frenchman, who is considered the long-term successor to France's national coach Didier Deschamps, a stint in the Bavarian capital would be the first coaching position since he left Real Madrid in 2021. However, the Italian would probably not be cheap; according to the English Telegraph, he has an exit clause of 14 million euros. 6 / 9Hansi Flick was coach at FC Bayern from November 2019 to June 2021. As Sport Bild reported, the Bayern bosses are looking into a possible return campaign for the ex-coach. In the 2019/20 season, the Baden native won the Champions League, the championship and the DFB Cup as well as the national and international Supercup with the Munich team. The coach led Feyenoord Rotterdam to its first championship since 2017 last season and was named Coach of the Year in the Netherlands in both 2022 and 2023. His contract runs until 2026. 8 / 9According to Bild, Jose Mourinho is said to be interested in the coaching job at FC Bayern. The Portuguese star coach is already learning German. Mourinho won the Champions League with FC Porto (2004) and Inter Milan (2010). He also won the UEFA Cup (2003) with Porto and the successor competition, the Europa League (2017), with Manchester United in 2017.
