Milson's best performance in the regular season/Sports1
Evidence of how important Milson is to the current Maccabi Tel Aviv could be seen last Thursday, in the return match of the yellows against Olympiakos in the Round of 16 of the Conference League.
The big star was injured and forced off in the 14th minute, and without him, Robbie Keane's team looked lost.
The Greeks took advantage of this to complete a huge turnaround with 1:6 on the way to the quarter-finals, and if that was not enough, the leader of the Premier League was worried about the level of competence of the Angolan winger.
Milson nevertheless returned to the field on Sunday and helped Maccabi Tel Aviv beat Hapoel Haifa 1:3, but in extra time he was injured again.
Fortunately for him, and the luck of the leader, there is now a national team break, and the Angolan should return from it fit for the start of the top playoffs.
Robbie Keane's most important player?
Milson/Ariel Shalom
The numbers don't necessarily tell the whole story: Milson scored six league goals this season and assisted three more, but he leads the entire Premier League in dribbles (127) and successful dribbles (69), and more importantly - without him, the yellow attack just doesn't look the same.
When he went to the African Championship earlier this season and missed eight league games, the Yellows managed only three wins and lost twice to Maccabi Haifa.
Without him, Robbie Keane's team recorded 12 points out of a possible 24, and with him 50 out of 54.
