After the hearing in the Tucumán Courts, there was a differential ruling for the accused by

Judge Eliana Gómez Moreira

: goalkeeper Sosa was charged as a secondary participant but free after paying bail, while Braian Cufré, José Florentín Bobadilla -the most complicated- and Abiel Osorio

received house arrest for 90 days

, which they must comply with in the province where the incident occurred.

Furthermore, in the sentence read by Judge Moreira, it was specified that the four footballers will have a restriction on leaving the country and coming within 400 meters of the area in which the complainant is located. All this while the investigation by

prosecutor Eugenia María Posse progresses.

The tests were carried out in the hotel room

Clarín accessed an expert report presented to the Sexual Crimes Prosecutor's Office where positive results for semen, blood and saliva were found, as well as other genetic traits in the room that could complicate the footballers.

According to the report, in the coming days a DNA comparison will be carried out with the genetic material found and that of the players involved, which could further clarify the case. Those accused of this alleged crime are Braian Cufré and José Florentín, accused of sexual abuse with carnal access, while Abel Osorio faces charges of simple abuse and Sebastián Sosa is considered a necessary participant.

The complete note.
