The AEG 6000 ProSense washing machine L6FBG51470 consistently achieved “good” to “very good” ratings in the test categories of washing, service life, environmental friendliness and user-friendliness. The experts at Stiftung Warentest rewarded their service life as outstanding and with the top grade of 1.0 “very good”.

The endurance test of 1,200 wash cycles with programs for boiled laundry and the subsequent rinse and spin cycle showed that this model is “hard to kill”. The result in terms of cleaning performance was also completely convincing.

Only one dryer was able to convince the testers from Stiftung Warentest “across the board” in all test categories: the AEG 8000 AbsoluteCare dryer TR8T70680 with an overall grade of 2.0, with very good to good results.

With electricity costs of 751 euros (modeled operating costs for 10 years), the AEG AbsolutCare tumble dryer is one of the most environmentally friendly devices in the test. The test winner is the only one that can be handled “well” and that starts with setting it up.

– robust & resource-saving
The AEG 9000 AbsoluteCare washer-dryer L9WEF80690 was the only device in the test that scored “good” in the endurance test (1,200 cycles). This model also impressed with the lowest water and electricity consumption thanks to the heat pump.
