After learning of the arrest of a 15-year-old boy accused of being the murderer of the Rosario beach player, Bruno Bussanich, the victim's partner spoke and asked the authorities to review the laws to reduce the age of imputability: "If you
can "killing can assume the consequences of his actions."
Jimena López, the partner of the service station worker, spoke out about the crime that occurred on March 9 at a Puma station in Rosario.
"We cannot accept that Bruno's life has been taken by someone who is not yet of legal age. The seriousness of the crime
is not reduced by the age of the person responsible
," he wrote on his Twitter account, in which he reinforced his activity after the crime of his partner.
López demanded that measures be applied to guarantee a fair trial and that the guilty party be held responsible for the pain caused. Furthermore, he advocated for a
review of imputability laws
and the prosecution of accomplices involved in the crime.
It is unacceptable that Bruno's life has been taken by someone who has not yet reached the age of majority.
Even if the person responsible is a minor, that does not diminish the seriousness of the crime, if he can kill he can assume the consequences of his actions! https://t.co/ieLLjbqIgO

"We cannot allow the life of an innocent person to be taken without real consequences for the murderer. It is necessary that the laws change and the imputability be lowered. The accomplices
who transferred him
must also fall.
and
they paid him to commit the crime
," he stated in another message.
On Thursday night, after the minor's arrest, the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, announced that she had sent a project in that regard to Congress. However, any change in the law would not affect this particular case due to its timeline.
Finally, Jimena ended the thread with one more paragraph: “We need words to become action, otherwise another innocent person may be sentenced to die, as happened to Bruno, the bus drivers and the taxi drivers. This is a roulette,
we don't know whose turn it may be tomorrow
. #JUSTICIAPORBRUNO.”
This is how the teenager who murdered the beach player in Rosario fell
The teenager's capture came during an operation on Thursday night in the so-called "Zone Zero" of the city of Rosario, based on a series of indications that the authorities received after offering a reward of 10 million pesos.
The clues that brought down the young hitman were several. The first, the images taken by a security camera, which captured the cold-blooded murder of the beachman from inside an office. In that record, his face was also reflected at the time of shooting, despite wearing a hood.
The moment in which Bruno Bussanich (25) is executed by a hitman at a service station in Rosario.
The teenager had tried to deceive the investigations by dyeing his hair. However, two testimonies complicated it: one of them, in person, collaborated to locate the shooter at the scene; the second, a witness who heard how the young man boasted about having murdered the beachgoer.
This Friday, the detained teenager testified in the provincial courts of Santa Fe, but what he said has not yet emerged. The person who must decide regarding his situation is the juvenile judge María Dolores Aguirre Guarrochena.
