an allegedly negligent act in the care and security of the sworn statements that were stolen and violated by unknown persons.
Until that moment, the sworn declarations (DD.JU.) of assets of federal and national judges were kept on the eighth floor and fourth basement of the Judiciary building located at Sarmiento 877 in CABA.
The audit indicated that in the "general count, verified with three consecutive crosses,
the missing 83 envelopes with Affidavits were determined,
of which 44 are from Reserved Annexes and 39 from Public Annexes."
Likewise, “it was determined that 55 envelopes from the Reserved Annex and 277, from the Public Annex, showed signs of opening, without stating the cause of such an assumption on the outside of the envelope.”
