Santa Fe has already warned that it is analyzing resisting via judicial the DNU of Javier Milei.
This was made known by the Secretary of Social Security of the radical governor Maximiliano Pullaro. "While Milei calls for consensus among the governors to accompany him in his laws, he decrees a cut in funds owed by law (non-discretionary) to the Retirement Funds of 13 provinces," Jorge Boasso reproached.

By means of decree 280/2024, published on Wednesday in the Official Gazette, the Government formalized the elimination of the advances made by Anses to the provinces that did not transfer their pension funds to the national State and to the Interior Public Transport Compensation Fund. .
Santa Fe is one of the provinces affected by the measure along with Buenos Aires, Chaco, Chubut, Córdoba, Entre Ríos, Formosa, La Pampa, Misiones, Neuquén, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego and Corrientes.
