The Minister of National Education Nicole Belloubet announced this Thursday, March 28 that messaging in all digital work environments (ENT) would be
“suspended as a preventative measure”

In recent days, several educational establishments throughout France have been targeted by attack threats transmitted via ENTs (digital work spaces). In total, 323 threats, in 44 departments and 20 academies, have taken place in France since the middle of last week, the Ministry of National Education told AFP on Thursday.
“No global digital gap”
Nicole Belloubet assured Wednesday, during a hearing at the National Assembly, that
“at this stage, there is no massive data leak or formal attack on our information systems”
.
“There is no global digital divide
,” she said. A meeting was to take place Thursday afternoon at the Ministry of National Education with elected officials from local authorities and school software publishers, to
“identify in the medium and long term the response measures that we will be able to put in place”
, according to Ms. Belloubet.
