The queue is long in the central square of the Créteil Soleil shopping center... But it's worth it! King Colis is hosting the largest sale of lost parcels in France until Sunday. 20 tonnes of lost packages, purchased by the tonne from logistics platforms by the company, are put up for sale.
Eight golden tickets are hidden in the packages. The prizes for the lucky ones: iPhone 15, iPad 10, Apple Watch, Nintendo Switch consoles, and 10 kg boxes worth 180 euros.

Their bags are full of packages. Alexandra and Carla had come to lunch at Créteil Soleil, but the temporary sale attracted their curiosity. “We're not looking for anything, it's a surprise! », exclaims Alexandra. In a package, Carla discovers around ten green iPad cases. She doesn't know what she's going to do with them, "maybe resell them." The kilo of parcels is sold at 17 euros, and 24 euros for Amazon parcels.
“I’m pretty sure it’s makeup,” says Emilie, with a small white package in her hands. She and Dan had planned their visit. “I’m going to take at least one package of each color just for fun!” », she predicts. Dan, a former salesman at Fnac, knows the format of high-tech packages well. “For example, this package is the size of Nintendo packaging, but it is too light,” he explains.

He will try his luck by buying a 10 kg box. “I’m parked on level 3 so I have to be able to load it into the car,” he jokes. At the checkout, Dan estimates everything, his box and Emilie's packages, at “around 210 euros”. Bingo! 211 euros. “If we like at least one product, we’ll come back tomorrow,” explains Emilie.
In front of the sales stand, it's the moment of truth. Emilie's so-called makeup is actually an adapter. “I don’t need it, maybe I’ll give it to someone in my family,” explains the woman, a little disappointed.
“Complete failure!” ". Dan opens his box under the gaze of curious people. Inside, not high-tech but fourteen packages. “Can you open one to see if it’s worth it?” » asks a woman before entering the queue. Dan opens a small package: silver chains, and even moisturizer. “It will be for Emilie! » he laughs.

“This morning, a gentleman came across twenty brand connected watches,” says Killian Arthur, founder of King Colis, who appreciates the “nice and festive” side of these moments. For its first sale, the company is offering “a slightly high-end format, less in the fair spirit of what may already exist”.
