In Weilburg, central Hesse, young foresters are said to have listened to neo-Nazi music and shown Hitler salutes.
Environment Minister Jung is outraged.
A good month after suspected right-wing slogans caused great excitement at a party in the study center of the Hessian financial administration in Rotenburg, there is a similar suspected case: In the forestry office in Weilburg in central Hesse, trainees are said to have chanted right-wing extremist slogans, played indexed neo-Nazi songs and made the so-called Hitler salute have shown.
As a spokesman for the police headquarters in Wiesbaden confirmed to the Frankfurter Rundschau, the relevant scenes are said to have taken place at an internal party in a building of the Weilburg Forestry Office, which foresters in training had celebrated there on the night of March 1st.
The Hessian forest is not doing well, and now there are also accusations of right-wing extremism.

Foresters in Central Hesse used right-wing slogans
As the police announced, various damage to property occurred during the pre-announced celebration.
Some of those present are also suspected of having shouted unconstitutional slogans and made forbidden hand signals.
The Hessischer Rundfunk had previously reported on the incident.
The police are now investigating the possible criminal acts.
Because it involves right-wing extremist incidents, the state security department of the criminal police in Weilburg took over the work.
As the FR police spokesman said, the investigation was still in its early stages.
It was initiated by an employee of the forestry administration who heard about the incidents and then reported them to the police.
Hessian Environment Minister threatens consequences for foresters
The Hessian Environment Minister Ingmar Jung (CDU), who is responsible for forestry, commented on the incident in clear terms when asked by FR.
Jung explained that he took note of the events in Weilburg “with great regret and even greater annoyance.”
The incidents must now be fully investigated and consistently pursued.

If the suspicion is confirmed, there must also be consequences, said Jung.
“Right-wing extremist tendencies and attitudes have no place here,” said the minister.
Together with the Hessenforst state company, measures will now be developed to “integrate the values of our free-democratic basic order even more closely into training”.
The FDP is calling for a rapid clarification of the right-wing incidents involving central Hesse foresters
The parliamentary group leader of the opposition FDP in the state parliament, Wiebke Knell, has now called for the case to be clarified quickly.
“The responsible minister, Ingmar Jung, must put his announcement into action, clarify what happened and draw conclusions if the allegations are confirmed,” demanded Knell.
Right-wing extremist attitudes “should have no place, especially in institutions in the country.”
At the beginning of February, the study center of the Hessian financial administration in Rotenburg an der Fulda made the headlines because students there were said to have chanted slogans such as “Foreigners out” and “Germany for the Germans” at an internal party.
The investigation into this is currently ongoing.
