Personally, I have a fondness for kosher Pesach wine cookies, the ones in the shape of a gear, or a flower. When they appear on the shelves, I know that Passover is coming soon. This time I took these cookies (which have many fans regardless) crushed them into fine crumbs and made extremely delicious chocolate balls from them.

If you didn't understand, the chocolate balls are fun and delicious to create together with the children during Hol Moed, or as a simple dessert for the holiday meal, if the Seder night table hosts many little ones who would be happy to receive desserts simple Note that there is also a fur option in the ingredients of the recipe, so everyone is sorted.
Ingredients:
200 grams of Passover cookies (we recommend wine cookies based on matzah flour)
1/3 cup milk or vegetable milk (80 ml)
70 grams of melted butter or margarine
60 grams of chocolate spread of the type you like (about 6 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon of cocoa
2 spoons of chocolate powder that you like
1/2 cup of colored candies of the kind you like, you can vary with coconut flakes of course
1.
Grind the cookies in a food processor into fine crumbs. Or you put the cookies in a plastic bag and with a rolling pin or a hammer you beat and turn them into fine crumbs.
2.
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients for the chocolate balls with a large spoon, until a stable, uniform batter is formed. Transfer to the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set. Form the dough into small balls with a diameter of 2.5 cm. Roll the balls in the coating.
3.
Serve cold. It is recommended to keep in the freezer.
