Tim's board of directors should be able to count on the support of the funds: even the largest American proxy advisor Glass Lewis, after ISS, in the report it sends to its clients recommends voting in favor of all the board's proposals and in particular its list which confirms Pietro Labriola CEO and Alberta Figari president. The funds that are advised by the two proxy advisors are estimated to be able to catalyze a total of up to 10% of the capital at the meeting on April 23rd.
He advises abstaining from the lists of Merlyn, Bluebell and Asati because "they are not in the interests of the members". For the board of auditors he recommends supporting the Vivendi list. but "it is not in the interests of the shareholders" to elect Mara Vanzetta as president and recommends voting in favor of the candidate of the fund management team, Francesco Fallacara.
