This is good news for SME employees, who have long been poorly off in terms of employee savings, even though their colleagues in large companies are used to hitting the jackpot every year. Indeed, from 2025, profitable structures with 11 to 49 employees will be required to establish a value-sharing system - bonus, profit sharing, profit-sharing depending on the group's performance, etc. - and this , on an experimental basis for five years. Until now, only companies with more than 50 employees were required to have a profit-sharing system (linked to profits), and many have implemented a profit-sharing system (linked to performance criteria).
Concretely, nearly 1.5 million French people (hired in 172,000 companies) would benefit from this change, according to government figures. The latter would swell the ranks of the 11 million French people already…
