You don't have to stand in the kitchen for long to get a bee sting. This recipe is simple and quick while maintaining the taste of the original.
The bee sting is a classic cake recipe and is very popular. At grandma's coffee table, the time-consuming cake is standard equipment. But who says you have to spend hours in the kitchen to enjoy this delicacy? Try the “fake” bee sting. Instead of yeast, the dough is made from a mixture of flour, sugar and eggs. This saves you a lot of preparation time, but the cake still retains the unique taste of the original.

Quick bee sting recipe: How to prepare it successfully
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Grease the springform pan.
Put the eggs in a bowl with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer or stirrer, first at the lowest level and then at the highest level, until foamy for 3 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in. Pour the dough into the springform pan and smooth it out. Then sprinkle the sliced almonds on top. Place the pan on the middle rack in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes.
In the meantime, beat the vanilla pudding with the cream in a mixing bowl until stiff.
After the baking time has elapsed, take the bee sting base out of the oven, loosen the edge of the springform pan and let it cool down. Then cut it in half horizontally and place the base on a cake plate. Pour the pudding on top and smooth it out. Place the top layer on top and place the quick bee sting in the refrigerator until serving.
The quick bee sting is easy to prepare and has a short baking time.
