A considerable loss of their nutritional value
They are everywhere on the shelves and are even more obvious when you think about starting a diet. On many products this acronym: “0%”. But what does he really mean? “In a low-fat food, flavors and additives are added to compensate for the loss of taste. Ultimately, they are less good nutritionally,” explains our expert. 0% could even have a counterproductive effect: we have to eat more to be nourished, and whoever says eating more means gaining weight.
The example of breakfast
Let's take the example of cereals, many people's best friends at breakfast. Some brands have made diet their marketing hobbyhorse.
