A touching video uploaded to the social media platform by @hitlivingfoundation shows the sad moments when one-year-old dog Macaroni realizes that her family is abandoning her at the animal shelter. “Macaroni cried and shook in our arms as she realized her family was leaving her,” rescuers from HIT Living Foundation in Los Angeles wrote in the video. A dog and his owner say goodbye forever.
Dog Macaroni has recovered and found friends
However, the little dog has now recovered and loves running around the animal shelter's garden. Somersaulting on the sofa is now one of their everyday animal joys. But it doesn't stop there: Macaroni has even made friends among the numerous other animals and loves to play with them. A dog that can play ball better than “Messi” inspires the

community.

But of course Macaroni would like to find a long-term home with a new family. “Let’s find the forever home she deserves,” the animal rescuers call out in the

video. The animal shelter is optimistic that the little pug mix will soon be adopted - thanks in part to the attention that the sad video attracted and led to numerous inquiries.

update. “With the right amount of structure, love and movement, she will definitely develop well,” writes @hitlivingfoundation in a recent video about teaching macaroni. Another dog, who smiles overjoyed after her adoption, also touches the hearts of
