Moscow, 'Terrorist attack foiled in Stavropol, 3 arrests' - Europe

     The FSB, Russia's internal security service, has arrested three "Central Asian citizens" who were planning a terrorist attack in Stavropol, southwestern Russia. Ria Novosti writes this, explaining that Russian services have seized components for homemade bombs and chemical products in the place of residence of the three arrested.

    "The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation suppressed the terrorist activities of three citizens of one of the Central Asian countries, who intended to commit a terrorist act by means of an explosion in one of the places of mass gathering of people in Stavropol", the FSB said, as reported by Ria Novosti.
