Handcuffs on the wrists, shackles and chains on the ankles and a chain pulled by an officer like a leash, exactly as happened in the hearing of January 29th. Thus, Ilaria Salis, the 39-year-old Milanese teacher who has been in prison in Budapest for 13 months, entered the courtroom for the second hearing of the trial in which she is accused of attacking far-right militants. Upon their arrival at the Court, a group made up of lawyers and friends of the woman were threatened by some right-wing extremists: "Shut up or I'll break your head" they said. "They were waiting for us and insulted and threatened us in Hungarian," said lawyer Eugenio Losco. "They filmed us with their cell phones, they filmed us and our translator told us that they were threatening us", continued Losco.
Zerocalcare was also part of the group of about fifteen threatened Italian people, as well as members of Giuristidemocratici.
