She has since been pursued by the Nigerian justice system. If found guilty, she faces up to three years in prison and a fine of 7 million naira, or 4,900 euros. She is also separately charged with conspiring with two others "with intent to incite people to oppose Erisco Foods Limited", which the indictment says is punishable under the same law.
