A man was traveling aboard a white Volkswagen Tiguan truck with his baby when an armed gang crossed him with a car to steal his truck. They threatened him, and the little boy was left in the middle of the violent robbery.
The family complained about the insecurity and asked Mayor Fernando Espinoza to "Do something now." The incident occurred this Wednesday night in the La Matanza district, in the western area of the Buenos Aires suburbs. The sequence - which was recorded on a private security camera - started with a car blocking his path in front of him. Four armed men got out of that vehicle and surrounded the truck. While two of them threatened the driver and forced him to get off, another opened the passenger door and guarded the rear, gun in hand so that no neighbor came to the victim's aid. It can be seen in the recording that a delivery motorcyclist, seeing what was happening, quickly flees, making a U-turn to escape the scene. The driver, pressed by the situation, at no time does he try to resist.
