Trump and Biden are almost tied among Latinos and the Republicans are gaining ground with this electorate. A fierce fight is underway to win over these voters, especially in the states that will decide the elections this year.

Historically, Latino voters, including different Hispanic communities motivated by different factors in different parts of the country, have supported Democrats over Republicans in elections. It's estimated that a quarter of this year's Latino voters will register for the first time, making them a growing portion of the electorate. And the movement among Latino voters could end up deciding the November presidential election.
