The 54-year-old singer and actress recently became a sensation on Instagram. Composed of before/after photos, a carousel of photos reveals the apparently intact physique of Jennifer Lopez, 20 years after each photo.
The post, relayed by the Instagram account of the streaming platform Tidal, includes pairs of photos captioned “Then/Now” (Before/Now, then/now, before/now) and “This Is Me... Now," which follows her album from the past 20 years titled 'This is me... Then.' The singer had not released an album for more than ten years, returned to the forefront on February 16 with her 9th album. A tour was to follow, but ticket sales were too low to maintain all stages. The latter has already been forced to cancel seven dates without giving official explanations. The actress also released a docu-fiction on Prime Video entitled with the same name as the album. Throughout the story, we follow a character she plays, who faces three failed marriages but also abusive relationships before meeting Ben Affleck.
