Eliyahu Yossian will file a defamation lawsuit against network journalist Daniel Amram. Amram will also file a counterclaim on his part.

"He suffered indescribable damage," says Amram's lawyer. Judge Bracha Lachman issued a restraining order for the publication of the videos involving Amram and Yossan. The hearing was held behind closed doors at the request of both parties, together with his wife, while Amram participated in it through visual commissions from his apartment in the U.S. The judge also ordered that the temporary restraining order remain in place and be banned for publication of "Video Part B" and "Video Parts 1 and 2." The judge also ordered that Amram remove the first video and the second video, but not the third one, which was to be published later this month in the same way as the first one had been published in Tiberias. The first video was removed by Amram, while the second one was not and will not be published.
