The idea is to guarantee the Municipalities an economic return equal to 30% (this is the percentage we are focusing on) of any recovery. Among the amendments in preparation, various proposals from the majority and minorities provide for exemptions for areas affected by the earthquake and flood and for the third sector.
An evaluation by the Mef is underway to see if this idea can be implemented on a voluntary basis. The idea is being studied as an amendment to the Superbonus decree and is being considered by the Senate Finance Committee. The proposal is to involve, on a voluntary basis, the Municipality in checks at the SuperBonus construction sites. The aim is to make sure that the sites are safe and secure for the public good. It is also to ensure that the Mef can ensure that the recovery is adequate and that the Municipalities are not unduly exposed to financial risks.
