According to what a Scientific Police agent reported during the ongoing hearing, the shot that killed Francesco Pio Maimone was fired from a distance of 15 meters and not in the air. Photographic recognition and the report relating to the discovery of burnt shoe residue were also acquired. Finally, a calendar of the next hearings has been set: 17 April, and 8 and 14 May.
