The idea came about spontaneously at the Christmas concert at the Dorfen high school in 2022. The three music teachers put together an almost two-hour program with around 35 talents.

Young people from the fifth to the twelfth grade showed their skills as soloists on the flute, violin, piano, dulcimer, and marimba. Works from different eras could be heard, from classical to modern. Soloists and ensembles presented from Dorfen to the AFG and the Korbinian-Aigner-Gymnasium to the KAG. The high level of talent was impressive and offered a listening pleasure for parents and grandparents, but a concert at a high level for all music lovers, said headmaster Andrea Hafner. The concert was held in the auditorium of Dorfen High School, which was the host for the first concert. The second concert took place at theAFG, with one musician from each school in Erding taking to the stage.
