Mesón El Pollo del Tío Paco is a restaurant in the San Julián neighborhood of Malaga. The inn has been serving roast chicken for more than three decades.

The chicken is roasted over oak and olive wood and served with a secret sauce. The restaurant is owned by Inma García, heiress of the house after the disappearance of her father, the famous Paco who named it after her. The secret sauce is a milder sauce than usual, but it makes the chicken come alive.
