Building craftsmen are calling for an adaptation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) system on the Lyon Peninsula. The latest version of the ZTL integrates the bottom of the slopes of Croix-Rousse as well as 15 new pedestrian streets.

“The ZTL project to pedestrianize the Lyon peninsula, from Bellecour to Place des Terreaux, puts construction craftsmen and professionals in difficulty,” warns the Confederation of Crafts and Small Building Companies (Capeb) It remains to be seen whether the calendar can be kept by the environmentalist executive.
