Anne-Sophie Marguerie's last tenant in Airaines (Somme) left her with more than just unpaid bills: her home looked like a waste dump. From the entrance gate, two black leather armchairs abandoned on the lawn set the tone.

In the living room, the floor is almost unrecognizable under cigarette butts, boxes, toys, the mattress torn on the side and other bottles of alcohol. The owner approached companies to remove all this waste: “At least, it will cost me 5,000 euros,” explains the unemployed owner.
