[HIGHLIGHTS] Fewer unemployed people in Lower Saxony than in February

Fewer unemployed people in Lower Saxony than in February. unemployment rate fell by 0.2 points to 5.9 percent.

A year ago the rate was 5.7 percent. For the statistics, the Federal Agency used data that was available up to March 13th. The number of unemployed people fell by 5,700 to around 263,000 in March compared to February..
