Manslaughter is the criminal hypothesis being investigated by the public prosecutor's office in Florence on the death of Mattia Giani. The 26-year-old footballer from Castelfiorentino suffered an illness during a match with Lanciotto and later died on Monday morning in Careggi hospital.

At the moment, there are no people registered in the register of suspects. Prosecutor Giuseppe Ledda will order the autopsy, which will take place tomorrow or next Friday. The police have already interviewed the parents as people who were informed of the facts.
