The list of speakers was long, as were the words of thanks and praise for the outgoing head of office, the Chief Government Director Ralph-Peter Nienkirchen. And of course also the list of good wishes for his successor Rüdiger Stögbauer, who took over the management of the Freising authority in autumn last year. But even though the time of the farewell was a few months ago and the official farewell had been waited until the opening of the Asamsoal - because of the dignified setting - NienKirchen had not yet forgotten his team.
