The advertisement stated that the request for the desired booking details should be made via WhatsApp. When she asked for further information about checking in at the accommodation via WhatsApp, she no longer received any messages. Shortly before the family was about to leave for the airport, they received a call from their mother. She had discovered that the information and images of the booked villa had been copied from another, real website.
