Yamine, a 5 and a half year old boy with multiple disabilities, died of cardiac arrest in Noyon (Oise), following a blow to the head. His father, Sébastien D., 40 years old, has been on trial since Thursday March 28 for two days by the Oise Assize Court.
He is accused of “involuntary manslaughter and assault and battery leading to death without intention of causing it’ The boy died during his transport to hospital.
