Sébastien D. was found guilty this Friday of “violence leading to death without intention of killing” His 5-year-old son Yamine died on April 16, 2020.
The accused gave ten different versions of the facts, including one in which he admitted having struck Yamine. He was sentenced to eight years in prison by the Oise Assize Court before whom he appeared for the death of Yamine, his multi-handicapped son, who tragically died.
