Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich is under severe public criticism, both for his performance as minister and for his positions regarding the abductees issue. He left an interview at the Israel Today conference following boos from the audience, not for the first time since the outbreak of war.

Now, the minister went up for an interview with Ben Caspith Vinon Magal on 103FM, but he too quickly deteriorated to the point of a collision with the radio host. He said: "There is nothing and half nothing to this, no protest, no democracy, no arguments and no dialogue. It is possible that I would have entered this game by October 6th, but I made a decision on October 7th." At this point, Caspith interrupted him and said: "You demanded to expel people who did not think like you from the synagogues." Smotrich denied and said: 'He was not and was not created, you are lying as usual'
