Supporters of the "Kurdistan Workers' Party" (PKK), which opposes the extradition of Firaz Kurkamaz from France to Turkey, attacked workers and citizens at Charles de Gaulle airport. About 20 supporters of the organization arrived at De Gaulle Airport, according to local media.

Tension also arose between the supporters of terrorism and civilians at the airport. The incident ended when French soldiers took control of the rioters, who managed to injure three airport workers, but no arrests were made.
