The risk of multiple strikes during the Olympics is particularly high. Several union organizations have already filed notices to be able to strike.

The government has committed to paying them a bonus of up to 1,900 euros. But it is not the same for the municipal police. No compensation is currently envisaged for the latter. The situation seems to have evolved since then, says Poilier. The union of trade unions of State is demanding long-term recruitment, bonuses as well as leave and teleworking rights. It is demanding “2,000 euros for everyone in all services for all in all months”
