New study gives hope: Losing weight should be possible with apple cider vinegar. New study from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon published their findings in the journal BMJ Nutrition, Prevention & Healthpublished.

In their study, the researchers examined a total of 120 overweight women and men between the ages of 12 and 25. The decrease in body weight and BMI appeared to be dose-dependent, with the group receiving 15 milliliters showing the most significant reduction. This was despite the fact that the groups did not differ in physical activity or diet.
